Guests who attend Escape & Paint events must cancel their reservation within 72 hours to receive a full refund. All cancellation requirements must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you cancel your reservation after 72 hours, you will be responsible for the full amount of your sessions.
Cancellations on Escape & Paint events due to inclement weather are up to the discretion of the instructor. Our first concern is for the safety of our instructor and guests. When the weather is an issue, you will be emailed with an update on your session. If you would like to reschedule due to weather, shoot us an email and we will happily take care of you. If you’re a private party and weather is an issue, we’ll happily reschedule the party for a different date. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer last-minute (i.e. same day) refunds due to weather-related circumstances. In the event that the instructor cancels the event, guests will be issued a full refund or may opt to reschedule their class.
